(Is our Hypnosis Successful? You be the judge)

I have been thinking about the best way to list our customer testimonials for some time, but the problem with testimonials is that you only hear from the happy clients. My customers want to know our success rate, our real success rate, so I thought the best way to handle this would be with a randomized blind survey to "really" see how successfully we are with our clients, and because I'm a data driven person this worked out great.

Below are the outlines of the poll and results, I think you will feel more comfortable with our service after seeing real anonymous results of what to expect with Hypnosis.

The Outline

I took a random snapshot of clients from a list of sessions over the last two years and chose 30 people to email. Why 30? I chose 10 people from recent visits, 10 people from 6-12 months ago, and 10 from more than a year ago, which I thought was a great snapshot and fantastic test case. I may expand this to everyone moving forward because it's a great gauge of hypnosis success. I then sent out the polls and waited for the results patiently, and here they are.

Results

Out of 30 emailed clients we received 16 respondents, a great response for a poll considering 60+% were older than 6 Months.

Question. Your name

We Made this optional so those that were afraid to give bad news could to so easily without thought of us finding out who they are, or being judged in any way. We want to find out who wasn't as successful, it helps make us better.

Question. Overall Experience

Success or not I wanted to find out if they had a positive experience or a negative one. I think this is a crucial part of visiting a Hypnotherapist, having a great life changing experience. As you can see 80% had a great or better experience with almost half calling it Life Changing. WOW!

Question. Knowledge

I wanted to find out what people that about the Hypnotherapist, were we knowledgeable and professional, or do we have room for improvement. This is very important, with so many choices in Arizona you want a knowledgeable professional that dedicates their life to Hypnosis who supplies the best possible experience and explains the hypnotic process. As you can see we had another great hit, everyone successful or not said we were knowledgeable and professional. Another WOW!

Question. Comfort

Hypnosis is often a new experience so being comfortable with the Hypnotherapist and the process is vitally important. As you can see 75% were very comfortable and 25% described regular comfort, which makes me think that my clients really liked the Hypnotic experience. Not one response was negative, that's what we want.

Question. Success

The most important of all questions. Was it successful? As you can see we're not 100% and never claim to be, but based on the responses 81% of clients said it helped them change or worked for a long time, 13% said it wore off, and only 1 response said hypnosis didn't work.This is amazing, it means that hypnosis worked for almost 8 out of 10 people. Remember these sessions vary from smoking, weight loss, anxiety, public speaking to sports improvement which speaks highly of Hypnosis's power. Amazing!

Final Question. Recommend

This may be just as important as the success question, would you recommend us? You can gauge a professional by their recommendations, and 87% of our clients would recommend our services to a friend. I am humbled yet excited about this response, what a positive motivator.
