We all know the outcome of excessive worrying, and the mental and physical toll it can leave on the body and the mind. Joe suffers from heartburn and frequent headaches that his doctors cannot find a medical reason about, and recommend meditation or relaxation techniques.

 

Joe's constant worry about bills and Jobs tends to be self fulfilling prophecy, just as he is at the peak of his worry his job is cut and new and unexpected bills are generated. This leaves Joe worrying more, causing more physical and mental strife to his body and mind. Even though things worked out in the end with a new job that pays slightly higher, Joe is now worrying about the “what ifs” of this job, and his longer commute.

 

 

Does this situation sound familiar? There is a concept that spans across literature divides from fiction to nonfiction, religion and spirituality that states that the energy you put out will always dictate the energy that attracts to you. Think of this as the great law of attraction, where a cycle can be created by you depending on how you work through and deal with a situation. Today Susie dedicates her time and energy painting full time, and has noticed a great perception change come over her just by slightly modifying her perception and understanding of reality.
