Some people believe the positive energy of a group can change, heal and assist with your own healing more rapidly. Our group sessions are for parties of 3 or more people, and will focus on each person's needs as well as the group.

15 Minutes - Introduction
15 Minutes – Suggestibility Testing
15 Minutes – Suggestibility Explanation
15 Minute – Initial Hypnosis Group Induction
1-2 Hours – Individual Inductions
Group Hypnosis is a positive experience to all involved. You will be taught the basics of Hypnosis as well as the history and what exactly is happening to you. Then you will take a suggestibility test to determine if you are an Emotional or Physical Suggestible. This will be followed with an in depth explanation of what an Emotional and Suggestible person is.
After your initial explanation and testing the first group Hypnotic induction will take place, this is a soft induction that will allow you to go into a deep trancelike state of relaxation. You will be progressively relaxed and allowed to vent any negative emotions you may have inside of you. Many people consider this extremely beneficial and comment that it feels like a brain massage or a release.
The Final Part of the night will be the individual inductions, these will focus on the individual's needs and what they would like to re-arrange in their lives. This is not mandatory and you can just sit and watch as your friends are Hypnotized and assisted with their current individual goals. Some ideas for individual therapy include, weight loss, Habit Control, Vocational Improvement, Stress Relief, and Better Sleeping Habits.
